Sales Agreement
This agreement is entered into on __________(date)________________ between Kim’s Equine Sales and _____(name of horse owner)_____________________.
Owner warrants that he is the owner of a horse named __(horse's name)________________, and that he can convey good title to the animal free and clear of any liens or encumbrances. The horse is described on a separate sheet attached to this document.
Owners asking price is $ ___(Canadian dollars)______________ and in the event of the sale of the horse, Kim’s Equine Sales shall receive a minimum commission of 10% of the final agreed to price (ex: If a horse's asking price is $8,000 and someone makes an offer of $7,000 and it's accepted by the owner, Kim's Equine Sales recieves 10% of that final accepted offer... NOT the original asking price). payable on closing only if the buyers have been in contact with Kim's Equine Sales. If the Owner or someone else has found buyers for the horse, Kim's Equine Sales is not entitled to the 10% commission.
Kim’s Equine Sales agrees to post the said horse on the Kim’s Equine Sales website (http://www.kimsequinesales.com/) as well as other horse classified websites for 90 days.
