Kim's Equine Sales

For "Sell My Horse" , I come to your farm get pictures and videos of the horse and all it's information. I create and ad on my website and also advertise over several horse classified sites online. I respond to emails, answer questions, set up appointments to show the horse, etc. Sometimes I will go back to your farm to get more videos and pictures if need be. I will also travel to horse shows if the horse is showing to get a video of that, free of charge.

 Cost:

If I have to drive over 100km from Ottawa, I charge $20.00 for every 50km after the first 100km.

If it's under 100km from Ottawal, there is NO charge.

 I take 10% of the final agreed to price of the horse. (For example: If you're asking $5,000 for your horse but someone offers you $4,000 and you accept, I would get 10% of the $4,000 not the original price of $5,000) Please see my Terms and Conditions page for the Sales Agreement Contract.

For "Find Me a Horse", you tell me exactly what you're looking for and how far you're willing to travel to go see horses and I'll search through every classified site I know and find as many suitable horses as I can. I will then email you all the links to the horses I've found for you.

I charge $20 and it can be paid through PayPal on my Webstore Page.

If you need me to go with you to try horses and have a 2nd opinion, I'm available to do that as well. If I go in your car, I charge $30 per horse we see. If I have to take my car, I charge $5/50km plus the $30 per horse.

 If you need me for both of these options, I charge $10 for searching through the classifieds to find the horses instead of the $20.

For "Training Board & Sales", you can bring your horse to my farm where I will do daily training with your horse so there's a better chance for a sale. Broke, Unbroke, Green Broke, English or Western, etc. I will take any horse that is well handled (I have other horses here that can't be in danger of an uncontrollable horse). I only have a maximum of 3 horses here at one time. I charge $400 per month which includes:

- Daily riding (weather permitting)

- Feed twice daily

- Hay twice daily

- Turnout on pasture

- Stall mucking

- Shavings, Hay, Feed

The horse will be up for sale when it arrives (or when I think the horse is ready to be shown to potential buyers) and I'll get the pictures and videos while it's here. The 10% commission also applies to this deal.

If you have any kind of Equine Event that you would like pictures from but have nobody to take them, you can hire me to get you an unlimited number of pictures. Just tell me when the event is and I will be there for as long as you are taking pictures all day long. I will have my laptop with me to burn the pictures onto a CD where you can pick and choose which pictures you want to have printed (this is for you to do on your own). So you will recieve your CD of pictures the same day they're taken! I charge $100 for an all day event which is to be paid at the beginning of the day. Quotes can be given for smaller events. If I have to travel over 100km from Ottawa, I charge $20 for every 50km over the 100km from Ottawa.
